Lin is a thought leader with a success record as a strategist, change catalyst and transformation leader. Excellence in execution marks her brand in managing the full spectrum of HR operations. Her experience spans multiple industries : financial services, outsourcing, manufacturing, property development, energy, hospitality, consulting, education and non-profit institutions.

Lin is a Fellow in People Management, an award given by the Philippine Society of Fellows to recognized experts in human resource practice. She was awarded as an Asia Pacific HR Hero for leadership, innovation and best practices in HR in a global financial institution. Lin also received a People Developer Award in the set-up of a business unit from ground zero for a global leader in the outsourcing industry.

Lin is 2021 President of the People Management Association of the Philippines, the country's premier association of people managers. An author with two published books :  “Smart Moves in the Workplace” and  “Smart Moves for Working Women”, Lin is also a public speaker, featured in media and professional conferences.

Lin was a consultant with Sycip Gorres & Velayo (Ernst and Young) for Organization Change and People Management. She was also a Senior Lecturer on Human Resource Management at the University of the Philippines Graduate School.
